Schlage Be489wb-Cam Encode Wifi Enabled Electronic Keypad Deadbolt Locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice and works well when it works. I'm on my second one after 4 years because the old one started killing batteries and then took 10045 attempts to power on after the batteries were replaced… assuming board short. New one works perfect like the old one did at first- hoping for more longevity this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. Beautiful lock. Makes my life easier as I can assign dog walkers, cleaners, contractors, and family members their own access code and no more keys! I can go on a walk without having to carry a key! Love the Schlage brand. Tried Kwikset on another house and it failed, relaced it and it failed again. Not Schlage! So much more dependable! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product very much. I am able to use an app to lock or unlock. This is useful for me in case I have a family members over. I have odd working hours and I can unlock the door while I'm at work. I love this very much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the new Encode smart deadbolt by Schlage. Super easy to install in the door and even easier to configure in the Schlage app. It's 100% reliable with all the safely benefits of a deadbolt and application notifications. Love this thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Schlage Encode!! I live in a 3 story home and the convenience of being able to let guests in with a press of a button on my phone is top tier!! The sense of security is get from knowing when my door is locked and unlocked and the ability to lock my door remotely if I (or likely, my husband) forgets is comforting!! A+ Schlage!! Well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one and the number pad immediately stopped working. I bought a second one thinking it was a fluke but then second one is just as bad now. Sad because I like them but I have to be able to use a code to get the door open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock was very easy to install, and it's a very sturdy secure lock. I replaced the deadbolt that was on my door the old one was about 15 years old. There was a very big difference between my old lock and the new Schlage lock is better quality and sturdiness. It's super easy to use and assign codes to family too. I love it and it looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was very simple. I was able to take my old Schlage dead bolt out and install the new one without any problems. They have thought of everything. The only problem is that there is not a color that matches the old color. ie Brass from the 90's. I guess that is progress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome lock. Super easy and convenient to install. I have had no issues with it connecting to WiFi. Not worried about security at all as it gives you multiple ways to check for security. It's compatible with my iPhone.interface was not an issue either

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation and initial set up are easy. The lock came with our house but have since installed 2 replacements and one on our beach place. I love the app to manage the locks, 2 different places, one easy app. Ot is a solid product. Only gave it a 4 out of 5 because the durability seems an issue. Have gone through 3 locks on our home in 6 years. Granted, it gets TONS of use as this is a busy house, but I would have hoped to get longer useful life out of the product.
