It works flawlessly, and I highly recommend it. I'm even thinking of getting one for the back door; it would be so convenient to check if the doors are open or closed right from the sofa in the evening. I recommend this lock to everyone.

Connecting to our home wifi was easy and was able to connect to our Ring account. Love that the app will send me notifications on when the door is unlocked and locked.

Programming the connectivity was easy and the interface was easy to use. I feel secure, however, I wonder if anyone can see the numbers being entered (as if my fingerprints or motions can lead to deducing my code)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple installation. Overall it took less than 30 minutes. Only issue we've ever had is the Florida humidity causing condensation inside lock. Solved by inserting a small silica packet above battery compartment. We do preventive maintenance with wd-40 every battery change to keep lock working smoothly. Great value for price. We monitor lock from Texas where im working at. Property is used as Airbnb, so its absolutely a perfect fit for us. Integrated easily with our wifi. Even when wifi goes out due to power failure during storms, it pops right back on when power restores.

For some reason the lock was not connected. I was able to re-connect easily enough and the lock had not seemed to disconnect since.
