[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put these locks on all my Airbnbs and my home. They truly help me stay on top of all the tasks I need to take care of with these rentals. And when someone shows up early and need to get in, I don't have to drive to the property to accommodate them. I just open the lock from my phone no matter where in the world I am. They allow me to easily control who coming in and out and give access to workers when I need repairs or the cleaning crews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure how we got by without the Encode Smart WiFi before we recently got it. I'm currently in India and will use the connectivity to remotely unlock the door for cleaning person. Otherwise, would have to depend on a neighbor.

The wifi allows me to confirm my door is locked and I like having a remote lock/unlock option. I am alerted when the battery runs low, and having a key available is smart redundancy. I think the style I chose was clean and classic - I hope to have it for many years to come.

I have multiple different codes from the cleaning crew to maintenance and I can set the time that they're allowed to come and go and the dates that they will be there real convenient, lose no more keys or worry about where my keys are

It is very convenient not having to use a key when entering and exiting the home. Like that I'm able to see who enters using assigned virtual keys. The knob and handle feels like quality materials were used. It has never lost connection with my home WiFi. It does have firmware updates to keep the lock secure from hackers. The mobile app is easy to use and make updates. Like having the ability to turn on auto lock feature or using Google home to lock the door from anywhere.

Responds quickly to commands and provides great status. Like the product so much going to install in our vacation home. Connection to WiFi was easy the finish went well with our existing hardware and they way it was built appears that corrosion should not be an issue

We absolutely love the app feature, security settings and sleek design. We haven't had any connectivity issues. I love the auto lock feature and being able to assign codes to different people in the home so we can see who is accessing the home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Schlage encode is very easy to install. I replace my previous schlage with a new schlage encode. Took 10.mins to install and set it up. Connectivity was super easy . Wifi enabled lock was easy to configure on phone and connect. Alexa connectivity is super intuitive. App is easy to explore.

If I did not have a Schlage lock in the door this electronic was to be installed, it would not fit. None of the hardware fit. Once I got it installed the keypad is very problematic. Sometimes it works but most of the time is does not. Takes multiple attempts at pushing buttons to get it to respond for locking and unlocking. Not happy with what seems to be a poor quality keyboard.

I have three of these and they work, but one of them from installation has always had battery connection issues. I've had to shim with foil to make the connection strong enough so when it closes it doesn't disconnect and lose power. It's really unfortunate because other than that the product is amazing but one of three duds makes me hesitant to buy more and slag did not offer a warranty replacement on their poor production quality of the one.
