Schlage Be489wb-Cen Encode Wifi Enabled Electronic Keypad Deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was probably one of the easiest locks I have ever I stalled. I loved the step by step video. The video actually went page by page and after you completed that page you clicked next, if you missed something you can go back and pause. I also love that I can create a guest code snd date the time frame and I can do this remotely. This was referred to me by a locksmith friend because this lock is the one he has the least amount of called because of issues.

Super easy to install the hardware on the door and pair it through the app. Easily connects and remains linked to our home WiFi and is super convenient to assign special codes for family, friends, and neighbors to get in and out to watch our pets while letting us keep tabs on who's coming and going through the app. Our house faces the south so it catches sunlight 80% of the day so corrosion isn't an issue with our locks and handles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was easy, and configuration was simple. Everything is well documented. Connectivity is strong, even outside of the house. Using the lock is a snap; one-touch to lock it, and easy entry of a 4 digit code on lighted panel.

I don't know if that's me touching it by accident, but it happened a few times but a really great luck I would recommend

It been so beneficial being able to assign codes for family members or house cleaners etc. and can know who has entered my home. I like having control on assigning dates to service industries and knowing that code only works for those dates. It provides a security element to my safety.

As usual Schlage came through with durable hardware that was easy to install myself. The device is very responsive via WiFi. I have never had a problem with Schlage products corroding or losing their color.

It has really did a wonderful job, but within the last year we have experienced problems like not being able to press the buttons. Also often we have to take the battery pack out and readjust it. These issues could be because we have had it 15 years. But its a great product, n I would purchase it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock for the value. Goes through batteries a little too quickly but the app is fine and the communication on locking status is seamless. Installation was pretty straightforward and instructions were chest for pairing .

If I did not have a Schlage lock in the door this electronic was to be installed, it would not fit. None of the hardware fit. Once I got it installed the keypad is very problematic. Sometimes it works but most of the time is does not. Takes multiple attempts at pushing buttons to get it to respond for locking and unlocking. Not happy with what seems to be a poor quality keyboard.
