The ability to lock and unlock the door using my phone is extremely convenient, and the connectivity has been reliable. I also really like the clean, modern appearance. Overall, it's a great combination of security, convenience, durability, and smart-home functionality. Highly recommend it!

The app is really nice and has a range of alerts, and offers an auto lock feature. It's also really nice to know that I can check to make sure I didn't forget to lock the door (although the auto lock setting renders this mishap largely obsolete). Looks nice on the door as well. Can recommend this product, if you've been hesitant this is a good one for making the leap to a smart lock.

We can check that the door is locked and love being able to share individualized codes to get in or the ability to lock and unlock remotely.

The app is also easy to use, more so than SmartThings. I wish I could invite people to my Schlage house element in the app

We have a short term rental property and utilize this lock remotely for ease of guest access. The install was very simple and easy to connect to the router. The trim kit is sleek and modern while the matte black finish seems resistant to corrosion. Connectivity has been almost flawless and immediately responsive using the app. You can store up to 100 entry codes in the app allowing multiple users access. This lock is a must have especially owning rental home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a top-of-the-line Wi-Fi deadbolt featuring a longer deadbolt and security plates that prevent drilling screws or tampering. It gives me extra time and an advantage in case of a break-in, allowing me to call for assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock but occasionally it has issues and won't lock. I have to pull battery pack which is easy enough but makes me lose a little confidence every time that it will fail when I really need it.

If I did not have a Schlage lock in the door this electronic was to be installed, it would not fit. None of the hardware fit. Once I got it installed the keypad is very problematic. Sometimes it works but most of the time is does not. Takes multiple attempts at pushing buttons to get it to respond for locking and unlocking. Not happy with what seems to be a poor quality keyboard.

Needs a better light as it's hard to see keys in the dark. Great functionality otherwise. Easy app. Like ability to set codes for each person
