Schlage Be489wb-Cen Encode Wifi Enabled Electronic Keypad Deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the most fun toy I've put on my house since I bought it. It's so nice to be able to know the door is locked remotely as well as give code to different people to know when someone's in my house five stars.

App so nice and easy to install, program, in the Schlage App I can schedule dates for the codes to start and stop. Best Schlage door lock yet !!

I love how I can control everything from the comfort of my home. Users found it easy to use as well! Thank you to Schlage for allowing so many unique codes to be added without gouging the consumer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 10 of these locks on our airbnbs. They are updated automatically by our host management software with guests codes. We had trouble with 2 but they were replaced thru warranty right away. Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works flawlessly once you get it set up. I would've given it five stars. If the integration to Apple home would've been a little better but it's a fabulous product and definitely worth buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Schlage encode and would replace it if broken. I wish that it was easier to replace an existing Schlage deadbolt with the encode controller. I also wish the numbers were brighter and easier to see, especially if it's a sunny day it's difficult to see the numbers at first. I like that it connects with the ring app nicely.

If I did not have a Schlage lock in the door this electronic was to be installed, it would not fit. None of the hardware fit. Once I got it installed the keypad is very problematic. Sometimes it works but most of the time is does not. Takes multiple attempts at pushing buttons to get it to respond for locking and unlocking. Not happy with what seems to be a poor quality keyboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now purchased two different Schlage electronic/smart locks and both have unlock issues. We have to put the code repeatedly and even then they only unlock about 50% of the time. We are trying to troubleshoot the issue so I will update the review if we are able to fix it. For now though, these locks are disappointing to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock came with our Lennar house. It has been trash since the day we moved in. Batteries last a few weeks and the lock stops responding frequently. At least weekly the lock requires a complete reset. Sometimes it just stops working for weeks at a time. It's going in the trash as soon as I research a replacement.
