[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this lock, and I regret not getting it for the side door instead I got a normal Schlage deadlock which is still good, but nothing is as good as locking your door and simply tapping a button instead of having to use the key to close the deadlock highly highly recommend.

The app on our phone gives us all the access and comfort knowing we can control the door from our fingertips. The style is beautiful and looks amazing on our door. We paired it with the front door handle and both pieces are extremely secure and durable. We will definitely be a lifetime client of Schlage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this, it's nice to know when laying in bed at night that the door will always be locked with the auto lock timer you can set. Easy install, easy to get connected to the WiFi feature on the phone. The connection interface with the ap has been easy to use. It seems strong and is comfortable to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock. I bought a new build and this is lock was included. I previously had one at my home i sold. This has great features, i utilized the delayed lock feature and i have it set to lock every night at 9 pm, just in case i forget to lock the door.

Love not having to try to dig through my purse to find my keys when my hands are full and the ease of it's features especially getting alerts of who's coming and going.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this product for being able to assign codes with certain day/time usage, and that it updates me with who uses the code when. I also love the updates when the door is locked and unlocked, as I have a toddler at home. However, the batteries seemingly get drained and that is a downside to this lock.

If I did not have a Schlage lock in the door this electronic was to be installed, it would not fit. None of the hardware fit. Once I got it installed the keypad is very problematic. Sometimes it works but most of the time is does not. Takes multiple attempts at pushing buttons to get it to respond for locking and unlocking. Not happy with what seems to be a poor quality keyboard.

The lock works and can be controlled from phone, but only worked to set up with one phone out of our house of 5. It is very sturdy and does not seem to be breaking any time soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now purchased two different Schlage electronic/smart locks and both have unlock issues. We have to put the code repeatedly and even then they only unlock about 50% of the time. We are trying to troubleshoot the issue so I will update the review if we are able to fix it. For now though, these locks are disappointing to say the least.
