I find the ability to remotely operate the locks a huge help, and knowing your home is properly locked is also a huge benefit. The batteries last a long time and you can monitor them from the app. I can't imagine running a home without them.

Set up with the app was just as easy. Integration with my property management software has been flawless. No issues so far. My one annoyance on this particular type, it eats up battery's SO fast it's becoming expensive. I've never had that before with a Schlage lock. I've done everything recommended to make sure I don't have to replace the batteries as often but at least every 3 months. I'm not using the doors constantly either so it's frustrating!
