Google home fail to unlock my lock this is the only disappointment with the product. It will lock the door but always ask for the code and fails to unlock even if I set the code in google home a few times. I even reset both apps and resync same issue.

Connecting to our home wifi was easy and was able to connect to our Ring account. Love that the app will send me notifications on when the door is unlocked and locked.

It works flawlessly, and I highly recommend it. I'm even thinking of getting one for the back door; it would be so convenient to check if the doors are open or closed right from the sofa in the evening. I recommend this lock to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock is super safe since it accomodates multiple codes unlike other products like chamberlin garage pad which needs one lock with exception of a temp pin .. This means the whole family doesnt nessecarily need keys and incase someone decides to dust for prints multiple numbers will have numbers making it. Hard to find the actual pins

I had my router on the other side of the house and batteries lasted about 6 months and notifications were a little delayed. Now it's 20ft away and they last 9 months with very fast response time on the notifications. This lock gets useduktiple times a day and I have never had any issues.

It is reliable and in spite of a non ideal door install it has the power to push the deadbolt through a little bit of friction which is impressive. Battery life is also good. The connection process is a little difficult and unintuitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very simple installation. Overall it took less than 30 minutes. Only issue we've ever had is the Florida humidity causing condensation inside lock. Solved by inserting a small silica packet above battery compartment. We do preventive maintenance with wd-40 every battery change to keep lock working smoothly. Great value for price. We monitor lock from Texas where im working at. Property is used as Airbnb, so its absolutely a perfect fit for us. Integrated easily with our wifi. Even when wifi goes out due to power failure during storms, it pops right back on when power restores.
