[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock works well. I wish there was better support in Google Home for automation. The lock was easy to install however there was some issues during Android pairing on a Samsung S26 Ultra. Eventually it paired after several unsuccessful attempts. After installing has been awesome so far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was easy to install because everything is made to fit together so you can't do anything wrong…except maybe put a battery in backwards…which I did…and so the wi-fi connection wouldn't make…but fix the battery and viola! Ruggedly made. Long throw on the dead bolt. Large thumb-turn is easy to grasp and turn. The fit on the door was an easy switch.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install on your own. Easy setup. Having the app interface makes it easy to manage the device, and also makes it easy to check if it is locked. The notifications for lock/unlock also provide constant monitoring. So far no issues with battery or connectivity.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install!! It was hard to get it to connect to the internet but got a new Orbi whole house and will try and do that. No problem connecting to the application on the iPhone got that done it works fine from there.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good, need to get an Apple home hub to share access with my spouse with Apple Watch, that part wasn’t clear before purchase. I have an encode and an encode plus, they have different preset time closing options which is a bit odd. I appreciate auto lock features that ensure my door will be locked to keep my toddlers inside. Even if they open the deadbolt we get a notification which helps alert us!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have almost no mechanical skills, but I replaced the old Lock with this new improved amazing Encode Plus model and I absolutely love it works like a charm first time. I did not have to pay a locksmith. Everything works first time, the app and the software are amazing and the delayed, walk away locking is fantastic.
We use Encode locks throughout our business and honestly couldn't be happier with them. They're reliable, easy to manage, and give us peace of mind knowing we're using quality locks we can trust. The app is simple to use, notifications work great, and overall these are some of the best smart locks we've worked with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Encode Plus Smart WiFi Deadbolt looks great on the door and works exactly as advertised. The smart features — especially using it with my iPhone and Apple Watch — make everyday use effortless. Battery life can drop quickly if settings aren't optimized, but once tuned, it performs reliably.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Schlage Encode Plus, and it's been a great upgrade for my day-to-day routine. Not having a pocket full of keys anymore is something I didn't realize would make such a big difference until I experienced it. The convenience alone is a huge win. Installation was straightforward, and once it was set up, everything just worked the way it should. Being able to lock and unlock the door without fumbling for keys has made coming and going a lot smoother, especially when my hands are full or I'm in a hurry. Overall, it's been a reliable and practical addition to my home, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to simplify their entry setup.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who knew how convenient it could be to not have to carry your keys! This lock was very easy to install. It seems very sturdy. I love being able to check my phone or just ask alexa if the door is locked. I like knowing I can't lock myself out. I feel more secure going for a quick walk and knowing my house is safe. So much easier bringing groceries in. Looks awesome too.
