Installation was straightforward, the app setup was simple, and the lock feels very solid and high quality. We really like being able to lock/unlock the door from the phone and create access codes without needing physical keys all the time. The keypad is responsive, WiFi connection has been reliable, and the auto-lock features give extra peace of mind. Most importantly, we feel much safer at home now knowing we can check and control the lock anytime. Definitely worth it if you want more convenience and better home security.

We're both sides and I also love how well the connection is with it like I used my phone, my watch or my pin! The interface is nice and sleek and the installation literally only about 10 minute!! So far the battery usage is very low so hoping for 6 months of access with it. I had previously used the Schlage electronic version without WiFi and have had to replace that one at least every 2 years so maybe this one is a keeper and I can replace my older ones too.

The first one which starts with a K worked well for about 6 months but it got too buggy after a while. They replaced it under warranty but it was the same. The second one was a disaster. This Schlage lock has been very consistent and reliable. I'm hoping it lasts a long time. Schlage has a good rep so I'm counting on it. I took off a star because I'm having issues with the Apple home key but I still haven't figured out if it's something wrong with the lock or the Apple home key itself.
