Schlage Encode Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt with Camelot Trim in Aged Bronze

Product arrived in a pre-used state with the packaging significantly damaged, missing parts, and the product displaying clear wear and tear. The return process was not representative of Walmart’s “customer first” mantra - I waited more than two weeks for a refund.

Very easy to install. Could not sync to my phone . Called customer service but they were closed for weekend. I'm sure it can be corrected. I have several friends who have this lock and love it.

Bought same product from other sources and Walmart delivered days faster and at a slightly lower price. Thanks you

Lock looked like it was in used condition and not new. Wil be returning.

Good buy, but too bad that batteries need replacement every 6 months or so.

Good quality and simple to use. Haven’t had any problems with it. I highly recommend this lock.

I feel much safer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My front door gets blasted by the Florida sun every day, and our previous lock actually cracked from the heat. This Schlage has been a huge upgrade! Even in direct sun, it doesn't get scorching hot to the touch and has held up beautifully. So glad we switched!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 locks, front and back door. The installation was easy, took under 45 minutes for both. Easily connects to wifi and the app is super easy and intuitive to use. The locks are expensive. The outside keypad install height is different than my previous Schalge smart lock. This created an issue, as it exposed a diff part of the door that used to be covered before and now I have to paint that area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installing the Schlage Encode Smart Deadbolt was really easy, especially with the detailed instructions and the qr code scan for setup. It seems quite weather resistant and holds up well in the Texas heat. There seems to be an issue with the wifi connectivity as they lose connection and have to be reset more often than expected. Another issue that really drags down the rating is the fact that the left side of the key pad seems to stop resounding to touch, and the lock button on the bottom as well. The lock itself has awesome features like the virtual keys, ability to create multiple pass codes, the ability to lock/ unlock using Alexa or the Schlage app, and the battery level display.
