Schlage - Encode Wi-Fi Touch Screen Deadbolt - Matte Black

I like that it's an all-in-one so I don't have to purchase a separate module to have it connect to wifi. The only con I would say is with the installing instruction. I lived in a rental unit and the hole where my deadbolt was was too small for the unit with the metal bracket on. I did take it off so the unit would fit. But there was no mention in their instruction about it.

I have multiple different codes from the cleaning crew to maintenance and I can set the time that they're allowed to come and go and the dates that they will be there real convenient, lose no more keys or worry about where my keys are

There seems like there is the slightest delay to open using a code or wirelessly that is slightly longer than other smart locks, but it hasn't been an issue. The finish hasn't had any issues his far.

The metal gears in Schlage deadbolts made it an easy choice to replace our old smart lock. Installing the new deadbolt was a breeze with the step by step walk through with videos. The app was easy to use once the lock was installed. Such a great experience so far with Schlage.

We have had a couple fail on us within a year or two, but by enlarge across 20 properties they are pretty great. We love how they can connect to our property management system, and we can change the codes for each of our guests.

The capacitive keypad is a bit wonky, and some users have to try more than once because numbers don't register, or double-enter.

Connectivity was super easy . Wifi enabled lock was easy to configure on phone and connect. Alexa connectivity is super intuitive. App is easy to explore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's worked okay, but installation was a bit of a hassle. It refused to pair with my phone. Installed and uninstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on and off, nothing worked. Finally resorted to doing a full reset which seemed to fix the issue.
