Absolutely love this product! It was super easy to install, and everything worked perfectly right away. The app is also incredibly user-friendly and much easier to navigate than other brands I've tried. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

The fit and finish is beautiful and the programming and app control are easy to use and very intuitive. The only issue I had was getting the deadbolts connected to the WiFi. It was a bear for no rhyme or reason. I tried all the tricks suggested and nothing worked. I just kept trying to connect every couple of days and was finally able to get them online. Now they're rock-solid connected and have never lost connection. I'm very happy with their performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this lock on our front door and it works great, I normally open it by tapping with my apple watch which is easier when carrying stuff or at night when you do not see the dials until they light up; with the app I used to check if I remembered to lock but now I have a set period and it locks automatically, great product

Feels like it's made of very high quality material, and looks beautiful. So far responds very well to the touch and locks and unlocks fairly quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deadbolt was very easy to install and looks great on my front door. The locking function is very smooth but I would like it to have a more defined stop for full extension and retraction. The touch pad is very responsive and my only gripe is that the keys only light when you touch them which often results in having to enter your code twice to enter due to missing the first number. The auto lock feature is great but without a sensor to tell if the door is closed or not can extend the deadbolt when the door is left opened beyond the set time which can result in accidentally smashing your door trim with the deadbolt. The app is great and connects well with the lock.

They were easy to install and connect, although we did have one unit that was doa, which was readily replaced. The biggest surprise is how wuicly they provide status chage updates (deadbolt manually unlocked/locked,etc). This provides realtime info on what's going on in the house. The App has lots of nice, easy to access features, like double checking that all locks are locked at bedtime. No forgetting to lock the doors! They have only been installed for a month, so no real experience with how durable they will be over the long run.
