I did have some challenges with initial installation due to my home WiFi not being compatible with the device. Initially the smart pad was useless but was still functional as a locking device. Once I switched internet providers (switched for other non related reasons) I was able to use this device to the fullest extent. I believe the program to manage the smart lock is user friendly, even for someone who has difficulty with technology. The over all appearance is beautiful and you can't see any wear and tear with keypad.

Responds quickly to commands and provides great status. Like the product so much going to install in our vacation home. Connection to WiFi was easy the finish went well with our existing hardware and they way it was built appears that corrosion should not be an issue

The convenience of coming and going without a key allows me such freedom. I love that i can check my phone to see if the doors are secure and that friends can enter without my having to leave a key.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the lock for its simplicity because I struggled with more complicated locks in the past being reliable. It works as intended. That said, I miss the features on the flashier products and wish I had gone with something that had automatic locking. I also feel like, while the finish and hardware is premium looking, the price was much higher than products with more features. I think ultimately this is a wise choice for longevity, but just not as fun as other options. It's the Honda CRV of smart locks.

Questionable packaging, product had one part missing inside. Plates bent from previous installation and return. No bueno.
