Schleich Dinosaurs T-Rex 11" Action Figure with Movable Jaw

My son who is 4 has wanted this for a while but in the store it was very over priced so I purchased it online and it was a great purchase. A lot heavier then you would think it to be.

This Tyrannosaurus Rex toy is very lifelike. With the holidays coming up, little trinkets are perfect for your children's stockings! These toys are exactly perfect for that. The T-rex is my youngest son's personal favorite dinosaur, so I was definitely up for giving this to him, and it did not disappoint. These are very high quality toys, and I do not think the paint will chip or the toy will break easily, even with a rough tough little boy playing with it often, which I know he will. He sets up these toys often and has big battles with them. He sets them all up in a line, and makes them “fight” with each other. My oldest son joins the fun too- they are ages 4 and 8 and they both very much enjoys this dinosaur. The price point is not too high, so it's perfect to have several and budget friendly as well. These toys can actually also be educational, since they are so lifelike- you can teach your child all about the dinosaur and what their diet was, how big they were, etc. it's really a great toy and my children love them! I highly recommend this toy for any little boy or girl.

Hi, I am a Walmart Sparks Reviewer and I am doing a review on the Tyrannosaurus Rex known as the T-Rex. This is a very good model toy of the T-Rex. I love all of the colorful features of this dinosaur. Its hand crafted very nicely and has that 3D appearance of what it looked like years ago when the T-Rex roamed the earth. I love the teeth which are made to look sharp and realistic, the curvy red tongue, and the bottom jaws which opens and closes. I also love the effects of that long curvy pointy tail, the short-clawed arms, and the sharp clawed feet. This model is very durable, has a great weight to it and is not feeble at all. It's a nice size dinosaur which is about a little over ten inches from head to tail, and five inches from its head to the floor surface. It stands very well on its hind legs. Also, this is a great replica which can be used for any school, science and reading fair project or for just show and tell. It's great for teaching young children about the history of the T-Rex, which will make it interesting for the little classroom viewers. Plus, if you are a dinosaur collector this figure would make a great addition to your collection. I can truly say there is nothing that I dislike about the Tyrannosaurus Rex Figure. It's absolutely a great identical model of history, and very fun to play with.

This is one it's very realistic which grabs my grandson attention, it's made , excellent very well it's not like a cheap low quality toy, and I love the fact that it is just simply a dinosaur. No frills no lights no sounds just a dinosaur. It inspires my grandson use his imagination more. Now he wants to bring the T. rex everywhere with him. It's awesome too because you can get it wet/messy if you are doing sensory activities. Getting this simple toy has also made me and my grandson study about dinosaurs and we end up talking about t rexes, paleontology, fossils, what t rexes eat, how they lived etc. I love how this toy is so good looking, teaches them science, and encourages imagination. Well done. I will definitely be getting more dinosaurs in the future! My grandson loves dinosaurs . He loves the fact that the jaw opens and closes, which I thought was a great feature .The dino's teeth are the same plastic as the rest of him, which is quite hard. If you kids like dinosaurs, this is the one brand to buy. This toy came without box . Schleich is a German toy manufacturer. And according to their website their objective is to give children play that will spur creativity and imagination. And the Dinosaur T. rex does that. I highly recommend it.

I recieved this product for honest rating and review. I recieved 1- Schleich brand Dinosaur, Tyrannosaurus Rex Toy Figure. The dinosaur has a mouth that opens and stands about 4 1/2 inches tall. This dinosaur is not only a well made but an attractive looking toy. I am giving this toy to my brother and I know he will love it. I rate this 5 out of 5.

This has got to be the most realistic dinosaur I have come across as a child's toy. If your child is into dinosaurs these are the best in material and most importantly into detail. This dinosaur is made with high quality materials stands on its own with ease and I know without a doubt would make any child happy to be playing with a t-Rex that has such detail. Super impressed. These are so high quality I'm sure if a collector wouldn't mind having these in his collection.

There is an astonishing amount of attention to every detail of this hand sculpted T Rex. Any Kids will love playing with this T-Rex. He measures 3.80L x 11.20Wx 5.60H which is an impressive size and it feels sturdy but not too heavy with no jagged edges. It has a great rubbery feel that feels great. If you have a child you think would be interested in dinosaurs, this would be a great start to a collection.

My boys are obsessed with dinosaurs and these figurines are absolutely perfect! They are so detailed and made extremely well. Not only do they look great on display, they are durable enough to withstand the adventures of dino fanatic brothers. My boys love that the mouths open and close. I teach elementary school and I will be borrowing them from my boys to use during our dinosaur week. I know my students will enjoy having a life-like visual of what they are learning about. Great product!

The Schleich Dinosaur, Tyrannosaurus Rex Toy Figure has a great feel and texture for play. It's skin in rubbery and the paint isn't cheap or colors runny. It has a heavy feel to it. The mouth opens and closes but you have to so it manually. The detail makes it look believable. My son and daughter love it. I think it's a good collectable. The T rex doesn't have a rubbery smell like other toys I've encountered. It's about 11 inches long.

I like the feel of this dinosaur. A child would imagine that it feels like a real dinosaur. I'm not happy that none of the parts move except for the jaw. He does not have very good balance but can stand, wobbles when standing. The muscular detail is good, the claws, the tail, the eyes, the tongue and teeth, everything is good. This would be a good gift for an older child or a younger child that loves dinosaurs. It would be good for an artist or someone who wants to draw dinosaurs because the details are there. The skin is wrinkled where it would be realistically and the colors blend nicely and give it depth.
