Quality design!
I love the design. I have had other knives with an attached handle that always ends out coming detached or get rust or grim when the blade meets the handle. That will never happen with these. The weight and balance is also perfect. They are vety sharp!

Best knifes I've ever had
I love the handles they are all one piece No wooden pieces to break off. they also cut through stuff like it was butter. I can cut through fat on a piece of meat that is so thin you wouldn't believe, these are great knives.

Another win for Schmidt Bros.
I had been wanting a nakiri knife for a while, and had almost settled on an expensive Japanese Shun, so I'm glad I found this product. I already own several Schmidt Bros. knives, and they are fantastic. Well-balanced, high quality, amazingly priced. The nakiri knife alone is worth the price, so the cleaver is like a free bonus.

Wesley Snipes is still my fav Blade; these are OK
THE GOOD: SHARP blades! These knives can cut your finger and you won't notice because of how quick it happens. It makes them perfect to quickly mince. THE BAD: The full metallic handle is uncomfortable to wield! Where your hand is supposed to hold the knife isn't as sharp as the blade but digs into your skin. THE "eh": Not being dishwasher safe is not a dealbreaker but a large buzzkill for myself. Accidentally put them in once and now there is a forever rist spot.

its comfortable and holds an edge pretty well. it is all that I expected for the price, which is good. no complaints.

both work great on veggies but I really wanted the large cleaver for cutting bones. it doesn't work for that at all.

The knife was awkwardly large. Very different from the original. One would need large hands to wield it. I wanted it for Christmas presents but this one won't work.

worst blade handle
compared to their other blade handles this one slips out of your hand when its wet. its NOT worth the price. you can feel how week the jandle is. this cleaver wont handle chopping
