these bagels are some of the best keto bagels I've had. it tastes very close to normal bagels especially if you just toast them. through Walmart there definitely a value for your money

Coming from a NJ native (spoiled for fresh Real bagels), these aren't too bad. They taste similar to most any other frozen or packaged bagel, but (just) squeak by on the macros where they don't. I highly recommend "baking" them off from frozen or "toasting" them whole rather than cut in half. You'll get a better overall result - better texture, more of that chewy inside and crunchy outside. Actually, quite tempting to have them around, so I wouldn't stock up. You'll blow the diet. With lox and cream cheese on the everything version, you'll hardly notice they're factory made.

Could be more flavorful. Side note, Does not pare well with Sugar free strawberry preserves. My daughter made me for a snack.
