Scholars Cupcake Cake

Absolutely delicious cupcake cake. It was fresh, moist, and tasted amazing from the first bite to the last. Not only did it look stunning, but it was also a huge hit with everyone. Excellent communication, smooth pickup process, and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely order again! 🎂✨

Beyond Expectation! Perfect for after Grad ceremony- dinner w fam. we dropped off at nearby restaurant before grad ceremony %26 waiter brought to table after dinner. Cost effective and can choose half choc- half yellow cake to satisfy everyone's taste. Ordered ahead w 2 other custom cakes for a Grad Brunch we had on Sun. WalMart Bakery has really "upped" their game by custom cake offerings! WHY pay more? Cakes taste great- stored in fridge for 24-36 hrs...all great!

Was very disappointed. I placed an order one week ahead of time because our last cake order in April was canceled 2 days prior to our reservation. I showed up on Saturday for this grad cupcake order around 830am. They told me its not ready, 30more minutes. I did some shopping and waited in the car and came back around 940. Again the two asian ladies told me its not ready because the cake decorator called in sick. I told them while i valued their effort and understand, as a paying customer ordering product that is unacceptable. That is a management problem. They have other orders to make as well, how could there only be one decorator for a store the size of Walmart, on a weekend AND when its busy from all the parties and graduations this summer??? I didnt leave the store till about 1015am. The woman showed me her efforts, i was very thankful because she did her best and im betting had NO cake decorating experience. And over all its not bad. But surely not like the picture i paid for. HOWEVER the flavors were excellent. The cupcakes were moist and we loved the whipped frosting so it was not a total ruin. We used to get cakes from here every birthday or event and it wasnt till recent that we had issues. Have to hope this isnt a trend. We shall see in a couple weeks when i need to order another cake for a birthday😡

The writing was absolutely terrible and I ended up having to fix it myself I couldn't wait to have it done. Letters look all wrong very disappointing.

I ordered whipped but got thick extra sweet frosting. No one contacted me to tell me about changing my order. They presentation was great but the taste was not what I wanted!

I order my sons graduation cake online. I received a confirmation email that the cake was ready . I went to pick it up and there was NO cake there for me. I was VERY upset to say the least.. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!
