[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charger functions as it states. The display is easy to read and lights up as well. It's small enough to store easily yet large enough to keep a charge on my boat batteries. This is absolutely perfect when storing my boat batteries for the winter.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was perfect for my husband Harley motorcycle! My husband Harley has been sitting for a while and the battery died for not turning it on, this charged it right up and love that it has a light indicator to show the battery maintenance as well. You can also use this on a car battery but I use this for my motorcycle mostly. It's compact and portable definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little gadget arrived just in time for my husband's car battery to die. So we read the directions, hooked it up, and it took some time but it jumped our battery just fine. It's a nice small compact design so it's easy to store in your car too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great battery for maintaining a charge. Being able to leave the charger on the battery unattended is a great option. As it will keep the battery on our classic car charged at all times. This is definitely not made for speed so if you are looking for a fast charge this is not it. It was overly noisey while in use either. Definitely recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I inherited a 2011 car that the battery constantly dies on. This charge has been amazing to have in hand and use as a trickle charger or a quick jump. The small size is also perfect for my small car.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the Schumacher SC1677 in the garage genuinely changes how you handle dead batteries, mostly because it skips the annoyances of typical chargers. Instead of kicking a heavy metal box around the floor, the whole unit plugs directly into a wall outlet, while the 12-foot cables give you enough slack to reach your car/motorcycle in the garage. The best hands-on detail is the clever clamp design - if you undo a single screw on the jaws, they slip off to reveal ring terminals, which is an absolute lifesaver for permanently wiring up a motorcycle or lawnmower battery for winter storage. If the battery is completely dead and won't register on a standard meter, you hit a manual push-to-start button overrides the safety sensors and forces a charge into the battery. Between the automatic desulfation mode that quietly restores damaged lead plates and its ability to handle both traditional lead-acid and modern lithium setups, it feels like a foolproof garage staple rather than just another generic trickle charger!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an easy win - coming from someone who really doesn't know the first thing about the complexities of car batteries, the quick start guide with this makes it simple. Wish I had this sooner, but I won't be caught with a dead car battery again, that I'm sure of! The cables attached are probably about 10 ft (best guess here) and the attachments for the +/- clamps are another 1.5 feet. The actual device is the size of a standard wall outlet receptacle. Clearly labeled lights and indicators make this beginner friendly and adds a level of security to my every day and roadtrips!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3 in 1 charger is a compact, easy to use charger and battery maintainer. It's lightweight and not complicated, although it takes a little while to work if your battery is totally dead. I used it once while in a road trip and my battery died in a storm. I was so glad I had this in my car. Not complicated at all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is simple and easy to use. It charged our lawn mower battery back up in a few hours and saved us from taking a trip to buy a new one. It is small and compact easy to take but still gives a really good charge. (Had to take two phots because the plug and the area i had to set the battery charge it were too far away from each other)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredibly easy to use right out of the box—just hook up the clamps, select the battery type, and let it do its thing. The 'rugged' case feels surprisingly durable, and the LED indicators take all the guesswork out of knowing where the charge is at. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it is just a 1-Amp charger. If you have a completely dead car battery, this will take a very long time to bring it back to life. However, if you are strictly using it as a battery maintainer for a motorcycle, lawn mower, or a car in storage, it's a perfect, reliable little unit.
