Great product but the box was damaged and no gloves in the box

Hi. I love this product. Ive been dying my hair every color in the book for nearly 2 decades. This brand/color is my favorite. I use the cosmic deal. I do bleach my hair before I use it like I do any other dye and it turns out perfect every time. The instructions are not correct on the packaging. You should bleach your hair if it is darker than dirty blonde and you have to leave it in for 30 minutes like you would any other dye. My hair is medium ash brown. If I use my instructions rather the the instructions on the box it turns out perfect.

This is the best box dye I've ever used. I've dyed my hair with Cosmic Teal and Blue Mercury in the past, and I've always been impressed with the results. My hair is naturally a deeper brown. Back in March, I bleached and dyed my hair a deep navy. Since then, it's been growing out. This dye took seamlessly to both my grown-out roots and the dyed portions. It does come out fairly dark over any hair darker than TRUE blonde, but it definitely has a green tint on my dark hair. When light hits it, the green really shines.

The price was a little higher than other stores.

If you want more teal color you should bleach your hair. Box shows on darker blond but it shows up more grey/silver. Long hair needs two boxes. Worst smelling hair dye I've ever used. Directions were short. It came with after care conditioner but no instructions on when to use. Pleased with how much stayed after rinsing my hair out.

I cant decide if I want to get this one star or two. Not only did the package arrive late, but it also didnt work well. I have dyed my own hair for the past 6 years, and have ysed this brand in the past so I know this is not user error. The color did not stick to my roots despite the fact I colored the roots first, and in my opinion did the best dye job on the roots(massaging it in, adding generous amounts of color), also parts of the ends/overall had the color wash right out and not stick. My hair was lightened before this so I shouls not have had issues.The color is very uneven, with some parts being light, some dark, and some not colored at all. As well as the fact that it isnt even the right color, I ordered green and yet it came out blue with parts of it being green. Once again I've used this brand before and not had this issue ever. Now I have to redo it. This time with a different brand. Pictures show the application, just after washing, and after mostly dry.

if no stars was possible, I'd choose it. I bought 4 different colors, including this one, by this brand. I made a hair style of my own called Midnight Riot. it turned out amazing (the pictures seen). 4 days after dye, I take my first shower since dying. ALMOST ALL THE COLOR CAME IMMEDIATELY BACK OUT. It took me 6 hours of Oops Color Removal, condition bleach, and using this dye to then color my hair, just for it to all fade out AFTER ONE WASH. F" this brand.

Hair color came out just ok but not what I was expecting. Left a blue tint on skin and scalp. Would not buy again. Burned my scalp while it was developing and cause blisters on my scalp. I could literally feel them popping when I was washing out color. Sore scalp afterwards like I had been sunburned. Would not recommend for those with sensitive skin or scalp not worth it.
