Schwinn 270 Recumbent Exercise Bike with Explore the World Compatibility

This bike is extremely comfortable and has a relatively small profile so it doesn't take up much space. This newer version I bought is even better than my old mine which I had for 18 years. I love that I can get a great work out every morning and read my morning newspaper as well.

I love riding a bike outdoors but where we currently reside ( middle of nowhere Texas) it is TOO HOT to bike ride outdoors over half of the year. My husband asked me what I wanted for our Anniversary and I showed him a photo of this Schwinn Recumbent Bike . He actually ordered it for me. After 42 years of marriage he finally got me something I really wanted . I ride it every day. It is very comfortable and I love that it is quiet so I can peddle away while I watch my game shows . At 62 years of age I love that I am exercising my mind and my body at the same time ! It has also helped me do better on my physical therapy after having knee surgery. It doesn't take up a lot of room. I simply love it!

I love this bike! I'm just getting started so haven't yet checked out some of the advanced features, but am excited for the day when I've built up sufficient stamina and strength to check them out. I actually look forward to my workouts. Have had the bike 3 weeks and have only missed two days of riding.

I have frequently used recumbent bikes in gyms and this one is every bit as good as any of those! It's most fabulous feature is that it is so easy to get on. I've used some that required dislocation of a hip to get on and off! Because I'm 66 and with precious little tech knowledge, I don't have the entire bike figured out yet, but will!

The whole family uses the bicycle daily. We also have a resistance bike, but the traditional seating is not comfortable, whereas the recumbent bike seating allows for longer sessions without the discomfort. When we first bought it, the concern was that it would eventually become a space to hang clothing, but I am happy to say that after two months we continue to use it

I use the 270 as physical therapy for my knee. I had been going to PT but my insurance wouldn't allow more sessions. I had used their bike and decided to by one for my home. I use it three days a week. It's doing exactly what I had hoped. My mobility is improving. This bike is sturdy, quiet, and I'm very happy with it.

I needed a recumbent bike because I have lower back issues. This is a very comfortable bike And it handles a lot of weight. Both my brother and myself were able to use this bike without a problem and we are both overweight. I like that it has a quick Program that you can use and my brother enjoys the different trails that it offers. So we are both enjoying the flexibility.

I use bike 2 hours a day at 1 hour intervals. It is mostly comfortable for that one hour, but it should be entirely comfortable for people that use it for 30 minutes at a time or less. I've wanted one of these for a decade, and now that I own my own and can use it however and whenever I want during the pandemic, it has helped to make me feel confident, energetic, and healthier. It has definitely helped to improve my strength and energy. You can modulate the settings with a simple interface. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a low impact exercise experience.

Had a Schwinn 220, ride it till I broke a pedal bar. 270 has flimsier seat & seat back, matters to me because I'm quite heavy (working on weight loss). Resistance is really too difficult, should be lessened a bit. Don't like new way levels are done. I ride 2x week & lift full body workout 2x week.

I purchased my Schwinn a few weeks ago. It took me a couple of hours to put together. I would recommend having and extra set of hands to hold pieces in place while screwing them together. It would have been a lot easier. The bike is very easy to use. It has several different programs and resistance levels. I bought it to train in the winter so I don't get out of bicycle shape. I'm hoping to do some 100k bike rides next spring and summer. I believe the time and mile goals will help in reaching this goal. I can also slowly build up resistance levels, so I can better handle hills when I start riding my outdoor bike again. I watch tv programs while riding, so I did not try syncing to an app. It is so quiet that you don't need headphones. I can easily listen to my shows while riding. I would search for YouTube video on using console panel, so you understand all the options.
