I like the easy incline. I love the choice of speed and how you can raise it in tenths and not halves. It's relatively quiet. I can hear the TV or music while using it. It does take up a bit of room but it folds up easily when I'm done. I love the way it unfolds without too much effort. This is the best treadmill I have owned so far.

I'm not really sure what everyone's problem is, leaving crap reviews. It's a cheap treadmill that works great. I want to run and it lets me run. I wasn't expecting bells and whistles, being only $699, and I got what I wanted. It lets me run, and run fast. It has an incline, and works efficiently every time. It's good quality, and I like it. It's my retreat from the kids and the noise of life. If you're a single mom with not much money, get it... four stars because my water bottle wobbles and it's memory function thinks I like an incline of 8 every time...

Unfortunately after assembling the treadmill I received an error response. The manufacturer sent a technician out 3 times with new parts without success. Although the customer service with the manufacturer was mostly exceptional the wait time for a the new treadmill was 6 weeks plus the assembly and removal of defective treadmill it became a 21/2 month wait. I considered returning it to Walmart but decided to wait for replacement because of the weight and size. The replacement treadmill is very good. The belt is a little noisy but that is my only complaint so far. The convenience of having a treadmill in the home outweighs any inconvenience of the resolution. I love it. Bowflex/Nautilus really do have great customer service, compensation, but the contractor they hire for servicing is very backed up and they three times cancelled my appointment. Walmart customer service was also very receptive and accommodating. Sometimes you just get a lemon and that was the first treadmill.

It assembled easily and appears to be a well built unit.

The treadmill itself runs and operates fine, and is an ok value for the cost. The problem is that the heart rate monitor shocks you each time it is used. I called bowflex for service and this is what happened: Bowflex rep required proof of purchase and other documents. Rep from bowflex disappears for 3 weeks, new rep determines console is defective, but orders a wire replacement instead because it is a cheaper part. I schedule service. Tech shows up and determines that the unit is not grounded properly due to the painting process at the factory preventing grounding wires from making contact in 3 different places. Tech sands down the metal to make a better ground, but the unit still shocks me when being used. Tech orders the main console through bowflex. bowflex tells me that the part is on back order until December of 2025. Yup, 1.5 years away. Bowflex will not send the part from an unopened box sitting in their factory. I did buy the extended warranty, but the terms are to use the manufacturer warranty for the first year. Pretty bad service from bowflex which left me with a defective treadmill. Based on the way that bowflex failed in multiple incidences, I do not think I would buy another bowflex product. Bowflex filed for bankruptcy on March 5, 2024. I am not surprised at all based on the way that they have treated his customer. Lots of apologies from bowflex rep, but no way to get a working treadmill or refund.

Just bought it . Didn't power on . Returning it asap
