Schwinn Axum Sport Youth Unisex 24-in. Mountain Bike, Pink

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter. She just loves the color. Was easy to put together. Components are on cheaper side, but hey, this isnt a $1000 dollar bike. Components can be upgraded if desired. All in all a very nice starter bike for the price.

I'm a Walmart associate. this bike is really nice because it is aluminum and not steel. it also has dual disc brakes which is nice. the only thing that was bad about it is the rear derailleur was damaged so I had to return it. other than that I would have loved the bike.

Present for my 9 year old. She loved it. Switching gears is especially easy on this bike, which is great because I thought that would be the biggest problem upgrading to a 'big kids' bike. Color is great and the thing looks real sharp. Highly recommended.

My daughter loves her new bike! Our only issue is the kickstand didn't work good at all so we had to buy a new kickstand and install it, but other than that no issues.

Bike is expensive compared to other sizes, but when you look at the breakdown of quality of materials including the true rubber tires and excellent braking system, I was okay with giving this to my kid for their birthday.

My 10 year old daughter loves it. Only thing I wish was handle bar height could be adjusted. I had to buy an extension off Amazon. Other than that, great quality and product.

After I came to pick up my bike and it was not assembled. I had to go in and make a formal complaint. I had to reach out to a manager. The manager then reached out to the bike builder. Then the manager took down my name and number and called me when the bike was built for me to come back and pick it up.This required more time than I had available for the day. It caused me to have to rush to get to work, etc. but the manager Angela was great.

Purchasing from Walmart has been a complete nightmare and disaster. This is my second and final attempt to buy a bicycle from them. The first experience was horrible: the bike arrived already assembled, which wasn't how it was supposed to be delivered. It was clearly an old bike that had been sitting in a warehouse—rusted, scratched, and in poor condition. I requested a pickup, which was handled smoothly. I tried again, but the second bike arrived assembled too, and it was in terrible shape as well. There was rust on the spokes and kickstand, and the tires were cracked and old. This bike wasn't new. I requested a refund, and they scheduled a pickup. However, when the carrier arrived, they refused to take it because it didn't have a barcode. I had to call customer service to get a barcode, and another pickup was scheduled. Once again, they refused to take it, saying it needed to be packed. Since the bike was delivered assembled, there was no way for me to pack it. I was returning it exactly as I received it. I contacted customer service once more, requesting an independent carrier since the previous two had refused. They promised someone would contact me within a couple of days to schedule the pickup. It's been over a week now, and the bike is still sitting here. I strongly advise against shopping at Walmart. Their service is awful, and their customer support is no better, as you're speaking with people in another country, like India, where it's a say YES scam, just to get you off the phone. I will never buy anything expensive from them again. I emailed someone about my experience, and it's been over two weeks without any response.

The bike was delivered assembled out of a back of someone's personal vehicle, damaged. It should of been delivered in a box, new, for under the Christmas tree. Still waiting on my refund.
