This is a great bike. The box came in great condition, FedEx delivered it with care. The bike was packed really well and it took around 30 mins to put together. Very happy with this purchase.

The bike is beautiful love the colors, easy to assemble. It was delivered one week before than expected and very well packed.

Its a sturdy little bike easy yo assemble (the hard parts came pre-assembled). Had both kick-stand and training wheels. Great bike, great price

First off, we received a different colored bike than we ordered. Luckily my son was okay with it. Bike assembly was quick, with the exception of the brakes. We had to bring it to a bike shop to get the working properly. There was a nut and washer missing from the plate that was preassembled to the handlebars, so I removed it. Turns out the bike looks better without it. My son has been very happy riding this bike. I like that it has both hand and pedal brakes.

This bike seemed to come witb training wheels based on the information on the website, but none were included and Schwinn said this model doesn't have any and they do not offer any for sale for bikes this size. We have a very tall 6-year-old, so we were hoping to still have training wheels available when we sized up. The bike itself is quite nice despite that. Assembly and adjusts were easy, nice features, kid thinks it looks cool, sturdy, not to heavy, comfortable seat, etc.

Tire was flat and wheel wouldn't hold air within the first couple uses. Chatted with customer service who was snarky. Had me on wait for almost an hour with no resolution. I asked about warranty and got no help. No discount. No nothing. Had to go buy a replacement for it and the wheel is colored Donnie the bike looks like a yard sale. Super disappointed. My kids first bike.

Schwin is a solid name. This bike has been very low quality to have Schwin name on it. After less then 90 days , probably an hour or two riding over a span of 25 days, one of the bikes brakes are garbage and was sticking to the wheel. We have two daughters and the other bike already has a knocking sound. We were excited about a Schwin but after buying two of them at the same time these are trash.

Item was obviously opened in the past (box resealed, cut zipties inside). Wheel was crooked. No training wheels. Walmart support not picking up the phone.

One of the inner tires has a hole in it. I have to return the whole bike, which was almost entirely put together and ask for a new unassembled one instead of just sending me a new inner tire. Ridiculous!
