Easy Spatzel
I found this Spatzel maker to be easy to use and save a lot of time and reduced the mess I would make pushing batter through a strainer with the back of a spoon. If you make Spatzel you have to buy one.

Excellent item
Received it a few days before I used it to made spaezle noodles. So on Saturday nite I made the noodles and everything turned out great. Very easy to use and does a great job.would highly recommend it!!

This was a gift, but I have one similar to this and I am sure it will work properly. It was not in a box and it was mailed in an envelope.

Good size for home use
Good size for home use. Not a big deal to take out to make big batch for a large dinner or to just a little for a small meal. Not much bigger than a hand mandoline to store and easy to wash in the dishwasher.

Excellent product well made and durable. Although not used in most homes on a daily basis -- this product is quite durable.
