Science Purchase Hand Exercise Eggs Thermoplastic Rubber Hand Strengtheners, 3-Piece

It is a perfect shape to fit an average-sized hand and has excellent resistance for therapy. My only complaint is that the blue and red eggs might be too close in resistance (it's hard to tell which is more resistant), but other than that, it is an excellent purchase for grip therapy.

Great for people with arthritis

The egg-shaped exercise balls help me greatly with a carpal tunnel problem. Using the ball every morning loosens my fingers so I can bend them somewhat relieving the hand and finger pain. This isn't a permanent fix, but helps for the present.

These little squeeze balls cone in 3 graduated resistance levels. They do seem to be good for hand strengthening, although I have no way of measuring any change in strength levels. The only negative is what they are made with. They always feel sticky.

In the package I received, there were the three balls in individual ziplock bags. The colors are bright and beautiful. However, for me, I could not tell the difference when squeezing each ball; they all felt the same to me. I am looking for a product with a definite resistance difference.
