Scooby-Doo Waterproof Front Dog Car Seat Cover, Black

The Scooby-Doo Front Pet Seat Cover from BDK is a playful accessory that's both great for protecting my vehicle's upholstery from my kitty cat's claws and my dog's fur, and cute and functional enough to leave on full-time for my grandchildren as well. For the price, it is fairly well made and aside from the large Scooby graphic at the center of the seat back, it is actually rather understated. Its machine washable, but you are supposed to air dry it only. Of course prices differ from store to store so you might want to compare shop before buying. Right now I have it over my front passenger seat in my Outlander. It didn't come with instructions, so it took a couple of minutes to work out how everything attached. The seat bottom fits fairly well and there are 3 elastic loops on either side that you connect together beneath with two of the included metal hooks. This was a little difficult because of the tight quarters between the seat and the center section of my car, but I managed. There is a mid-sized pocket at the front of the seat that can hold a leash, snacks, or whatever else you can fit in it. It is nice to have the convenience and peace of mind that my upholstery is protected in a fun, stylish way. However, our cat didn't like the idea of my husband making her sit on the cover. Our dog was happy to get in the car and couldn't care less what he was sitting on.

My girls started watching Scooby a couple of months ago while traveling. Our backseat was a mess because of the traveling. I needed something to keep that seat clean. Most backseat covers did not have the opening for the seatbelts nor their shoulder straps. So I decided to get one at least for the one child who was making all the messes. I found this Scooby-Doo petseat cover I figured that if it was good enough for a pet, it might be good for my kid. First of all, they loved that it had Scooby-Doo on it. Because it was on a bucket seat and not a captain seat, it fit a bit loose on the backrest. I was able to fold the skirt to make it look good. I was not able to hook the bottom straps that stop it from sliding, but it doesn't slide around anyway. Because it is a one-seater, she's able to use her seatbelt with no problems. And since it really isn't strapped in place, she easily is able to pull it outside and dust off the crumbs when we get home. I haven't had the need to wash it yet, but I know that day is coming soon. I don't think that would be a problem because it looks like really good quality. It's nice and thick. I really like it.

As a Scooby Doo fan I expected the waterproof seat cover to be super nice. My grandson wont let the dog on it ha ha ha. He stores his small cars and snack in the pockets. The dog stays on his blankee--------. love the product very much. Quite the conversation piece!!!!

Not sure how well this would work with a big dog but i used it the other day when my muddy little Pug wanted to go for a ride. It covered the seat well and none of the mud he didn't have much came off onto my regular seat. When we got home i took it right off and shuck it outside .Didn't seem to have a spot on it . I'm leaving mine right on as no one else rides with me i think it could become a pain putting it on and off and that would be my only complaint i did put water on it and it never went thru .These appear to be very easy to wipe off but are also machine washable . And are 100 % Waterproof . None slip backing and Oxford fabric .And this seat cover package states it protects from fur and scratches also states easy to install and remove which it was but dont think it would be fun to do everyday at least for me . really cute and hey who doesn't like Scooby Doo

I have 3 dachshunds who all want the front seat to ride in. They make a mess! But this cover is great! One guy is very old-17 years and he has his own set of problems in the truck. This cover is designed for a wide variety of bucket style seats. It fits my front seats in my truck. It attaches pretty securely via two, elastic straps and a weighted tuck-in that keeps the cover from shifting. The cover is made of a polyester canvas with a knit backing that provides a very modest amount of padding. It also has a skirt that covers the front bottom and sides of your seat. Additionally, there is a small pocket on the front of the skirt for holding small things like a harness or a bag of treats or medication. The cover is mostly black so stains don't show. There are side sections that feature a grey, pawprint pattern and there is a huge, Scooby-Doo graphic on the upper part of the cover. Honestly, I could do without the Scooby-Doo graphic and the pawprints. My dog sure doesn't care about either and I will want to remove the cover if I have guest passengers so they don't think they have been seated in the "dog seat." Otherwise, the cover is easy to brush clean of dog hair and can be machine washed and line dried if the dogs drool (or worse) all over it.

Loved the color, fit, style and design graphics: but can't fit the side strap OR my fingers down the space between console and bucket seat to secure to other strap under the seat, to prevent it from sliding sideways during use. Broke one side trying to do it. UGH. Considering....Gorilla taping the straps =/ in a more accessible forward position, so I can still remove the cover when I want.
