Scoot™ Deskside Printer Stand, Black

We bought a new photo printer and needed a large printer stand. There is really nothing out there to accommodate this type of printer. Wal-Mart had the lowest price and the "Site to Store" option was ideal. The first one arrived damaged - these things happen. It was returned with no hassle and the second one arrived in a couple days and was fine. Assembly is a snap, but having a power tool to fasten the screws is a big plus. Very satisfied with the product.

My unit arrived in good condition. Assembly was pretty easy, the instructions are pictures with very little text. I was glad I had a power screwdriver, holding the pieces in position and installing the screws manually would have been a pain. It will hold my printer and flat bed scanner just fine. Good product for the money.

I am pleased with the printer stand except that the assembly could be easier if the pilot holes for the supplied screws were a little larger in size.

Your deliveries are so quick. I love it. It is easy to find just about anything on your website and it is less expensive most of the time. I now look for just about everything on your site.

This stand is strongly made and very sturdy. The only thing I can ding it on is that the screws are VERY difficult to screw into the wood (otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars). They should use screws with a hex head or similar that can be installed with an allen wrench or ratchet driver. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase.

This stand was just what I wanted for the space I intended, however, it arrived damaged and I had to use pliers to straighten out 4 separate metal edges that were bent. Normally, I would have returned it, but I had already waited so long to get it and the damage is not easily visible so I straightened the edges as best I could with pliers and kept it. It did not seem well packed for shipping.

Good quality product, reasonably priced. Assembly by one person is difficult. Screws have a non-standard Reed & Prince head instead of a plain Phillips making use difficult with my electric screwdriver. The screws are located in the corners of the panels which made them hard to turn with a screwdriver.

The integrity of the cart itself is OK. However, the rollers or casters leave much to be desired. They would not snap in place, so if you need to lift the cart at all, the wheels fall out. And, the "hub caps" on the wheels (factory installed) do not stay on. Most have fallen off already.

Screws were impossible to tighten completely. Holes for screws did not line up accurately. Wobbly construction because of this. Quality is of a $30 product, not a $120 product.

The item isn ot very sturdy. It was difficult to put together because the holes did not lineup properly; eerything was off by a few cm, which made putting this together trying.
