I loved my new meat thermometer. It is very lightweight and easy to hold. It gives the temperature quickly with no wasted time. I used it while making leg quarters and it sure made my life easier.

Sturdy construct. I like how moving the probe out turns on the lighted display. You can switch the light if you want. Has a magnet inside the back so you can store it out of the way on a metal surface. Never hurts to have an extra bottle opener!

It did not work at first use. I was past return date when first used and was stuck with an inoperable thermometer. It was not displaying food temperature.

Simply does not work. Have to keep pressing button to get light. Temperature very slow showing a reading. Other instant read thermometers gave a reading as soon as inserted into the food and lighted up so you could see the reading.
