Very vague, directions not specific. The magnet is very strong however, the holder itself is not very stable and moves around.

You have to attach a metallic piece to your phone using an adhesive. It's not truly MagSafe compatible.

You'll have to apply a metal plate to the back of your phone or case in order to work. Do not mistake this as a MagSafe type product.
