I have used the ATG dispenser for approximately 15 years.

I've had ATG guns for years (maybe almost 20). I use them for scrapbooking. Loading the tape is not as hard as some say, you can watch a YouTube video if you are having problems. Also the tape is never wound wrong, sometime you have to make sure you get it started on the right side. I have fixed many peoples tapes over the years at Scrapbook retreats when they really are not broken. If you take time to learn to load and use it will be the best tool you have. Also looking back on my scrapbook layouts over the years I have never had anything fall off - that adhesive stays put. Can't recommend enough!

Works perfect but the instructions were a bit lacking. Nevertheless, I figured it out.

I BOUGHT ONE OF THESE GLUE GUNS ATG 752 PROBABLY 30 YEARS AGO. I HAVE BEEN USING IT SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK SINCE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. THE WAY YOU USE IT AND THE CARE OF THE APPLICATOR NEEDS TO BE A CONSIDERATION, BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIGURE THAT OUT.

The tape gun is a workhorse and a wonderful product that both my wife and I have used for probably 10 years..however, lately (about 3 years) the tapes themselves are a real pain when they don't work right which as noted in several other reviews is about half the time. I don't know what causes that adhesive to decide it wants to stick to the wrong side of the backing, but when it does, it happens often throughout the entire roll of tape. The tapes are not cheap and the process of reattaching the rolls is not simple. I don't think it has anything to do with the tape gun but everything to do with the tapes themselves, so who does one call to address that issue? It is hard to recommend a great product if it relies on another piece to work well, so in all conscience, I can't say I would recommend it until the tape issue goes back to being one where the tapes themselves work reliably like they used to.

I use my ATG for scrapbooking and love it for this application. The main problem I have is that the tape is often rolled the wrong way and is useless. I spend a lot of money on the tape and don't understand how one roll in a package is correct and another backwards. Now I am only able to use 50% of my purchase. This problem has been going on now for several years and it is frustrating. When will this problem be resolved because it never was like this in the beginning? I would recommend this product if it worked correctly all the time.

I bought this item about 4 years ago and really have loved it until the last time I bought refills. They appear to have the sticky on the wrong side. Basically would need to load this bacwards/upside down to use but the gun will not work that way so I am stuck applying the strips by hand which is a bummer. When working right - cuts my work time in half or more, this way takes 3 or 4 times longer.

In the past 4 days I have bought 4 rolls of tape for my ATG gun. 3 out of the 4 rolls are rolled incorrectly making them useless for my ATG gun. I'm very disappointed. I love using the gun, now I'm stuck with three rolls of tape I have to use like tear and tape
