Exactly What I Wanted
I use this to hold my vacuum cleaner cords on instead of looping it around the plastic holders it comes with. Fast and no bending. I use the exact length I want and then hang the whole laso on the plastic hook.

Shipped on time. It isn't a 12' roll. Perhaps they are counting both sides of the roll. Won't buy again.
