I actually use this tape to go over my floor tiles after installation. Even though I seal these tiles very well before installation, the colored grout can still discolor or stain these expensive tiles. So I put the painters tape all around the edges of the tiles so that when I install the grout, it only touches the tape. Makes for easy cleanup!

I have had issues with various brands of blue painter's tape; in particular, many store brands, and even some name brands, have provided uneven, or just plain bad, performance. I don't think I've ever had tape hold "too" well (like ripping paint off what I'd masked with the tape), but I've had loads of rolls that held poorly, if at all. So I wasn't expecting much. But this tape has performed well across rolls from more than one order. I am cautiously optimistic that this will continue to be reliable.

The items were reasonably priced and in stock. The items were ready for pick up within a few hours and were brought out quickly to my car following my arrival.

I use this tape for lots if things. Sealing a pack of crackers Taping messages for the family. And of course for paintings without messing up an edge and always leaving what ever it us stuck to in one peace. Not matter how delicate.

My building contractor father used this brand painting tape product for decades, and I continue using it when painting wherever the tape can be molded to protect areas not being painted on walls and even wood furniture.

Usually Sotch is my go to brand for tape, it has always be the best for pairing sharp, crisp lines. But this roll was the worst tape I've ever worked with. First there was an awful odor when the plastic wrap came off, it didnt tear well and wouldnt stick to the wall. After using almost half the roll on a small area, I gave up took it off the wall and bought a different brand.
