Scotch-Brite Disposable Toilet Scrubber System - 4 / Carton

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a sample from 3M and am beside myself with just how GREAT this product works! It's simple to use with it's own scrubber holder attached to the base. The smell is nice and clean, light linen/floral smell but nothing over powering. The power comes in the clean, and I mean CLEAN!! Please see the pictures I posted with this review. Either I have been doing a horrible job cleaning my toilets with the stander toilet brush or this scrubber is beyond through! I'm going with the latter because I can clean a toilet. Make me question myself like that. I'm way beyond impressed with this product and will be getting replacement scrubbers as soon as I see them in stores!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome tool for getting all the areas of the toilet clean without having to put your hands in there. I received one of the Scotch Bright Toilet Scrubbers at no cost to review and I was surprised how well it really cleaned! I hadn't bought anything like this in a long time, but this one works and works well. The starter kit includes five scrubber heads, the wand and the caddy that stores the extra heads and the wand. The heads simply snap onto the end of the wand. The scrubbers are shaped to get all areas of the toilet including the rim, the bowl and down into the channel is needed. The head flexes to get everywhere. The scrubbers have bleach alternative cleaner with pumice already in them so you don't even have to mess with cleaners or sprays. These did an awesom job on our toilets, including one that had some hard water and mineral build up. I had tried some cleaners that were supposed to be for those things and they didn't work. That bowl hasn't looked that good in awhile! The cleaner doesn't smell and since you don't have ot touch it with your hands, it won't harm your skin. I was surprised by the strength of the wand. On the toilet with the build up, I really had to scrub and it was strong and sturdy throughout. I am very pleased and impressed with the performance of this product and will definitely purchase more.

I hate this new scrubber. The surface is so small and hard that it only clean in small lines in the bowl. Proper cleaning takes way too long, now. While it does clean under the rim, the pointed surface hardly gets to the bowl under the rim. Getting deep into the bowl is difficult with the hard surface and twice the scrubber has popped off. Once, I neede to fish it out of the gooseneck. I've used the old style since they first came out and loved them. I will never buy these again. Time to look at other brands.

We used the old style wand for quite a while and were very satisfied with it. The new style doesn't hold a candle to the old one. The scrubber pads will not stay attached to the end of the wand. Close inspection says the barbs aren't long enough to properly engage the pad flange. Would love to get my money back for this one. Won't be buying again until it is improved. Way improved. Like light years.

I did not want to buy a new scrubber, but my store does not carry the old style anymore. I do not like buying more plastic, and the storage container is a waste of plastic for me. While using the first scrubber from the refill box the scrubber fell off in the toilet and went into the plumbing and was very difficult to get out. The scrubber itself does not work as well as the old style. I will not buy this again, and will not be using the remaining scrubbers I have, I don't want to take a chance on it falling off in the toilet again.

I was forced to buy the redesigned toilet scrubber wand and refills when my grocery store stopped carrying the old design. After months of giving this product a try I am switching to a different brand. I was annoyed that I had to throw out the old wand simply because Scotch-Brite changed it's design. My frustration with the new product has grown after each use. The wand is difficult to manipulate in the bowl and the scrubbing pads are completely ineffective at cleaning. Very disappointing!

I LOVED the old Toilet Scrubbers but was forced to buy the "New & Improved" scrubber kit when the old refill scrubbies were discontinued. This product is absolutely HORRIBLE. The scrubbies fall apart in the toilet, it doesn't clean down into the trap hole as well as the old ones, and is all around a horrible replacement. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD SCRUBBERS!

I just loved the old style Scotch-Brite toilet scrubbers, but my local store stopped carrying them and switched to this new style. I'm so disappointed! The new shape is much more awkward to use and took longer to manipulate it to clean all the surfaces. The blue cleanser makes the water opaque so that it's hard to see if you've cleaned the underwater surfaces sufficiently. The old style didn't do that. The new caddy is nice, but that doesn't outweigh the negatives. Plus it's more expensive. I won't buy this again. If I can't find the old style scrubber, I'll be looking for a new brand.

This new system is garbage. First of all, it doesn't seem like there is any cleanser coming off of the pad as they seem to have cut back on the blue dye they use....there may be cleanser in there but the lack of color makes it hard to gauge. The ergonomics are also poorly conceived. The angle at which you have to use this to get under the rim is clumsy. The old system allowed me to use the wand after I cleaned the bowl to scrub the rim, the toilet seat and the area behind the seat. This one doesn't work very well for that due to the awkward design. I'm switching brands as this one doesn't cut it for my family.

The new Scotch Brite toilet scrubber design needs to be flushed down the toilet! I searched every store in my area for the old refills before reluctantly trying the new ones. The old design was a favorite at my house for years...so easy & efficient that even my teenagers cleaned their toilets! We were all disappointed to learn that the new design just doesn't get the job done the same & is awkward to use. Cleaning under the rim was easily done with the old ones, so I'm confused about the reasoning behind a completely new design. I do like the new refill container and the way the refill comes off the handle with the push of a button, but it's not enough to make me buy them again. Please bring back the OLD refills!
