Scotch-Brite Greener Clean Lint Roller, 70 Sheets, 1 Roller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company recently sent me a free sample of their Scotch-Brite Greener Clean Lint Roller to try. The most exciting feature for me is that the plastic handle is made with 100% recycled materials, and it's sustainable -- the handle is recycled, reusable, and recyclable! I think it's really important to recycle as many materials as possible, and this is a great use for recycled plastic. Additionally, this lint roller is easy to use. The handle is ergonomically designed to fit your hand, and the used sheets tear off neatly. Tearing the used sheets off of competitors' lint roller products can sometimes be a pain... either they're hard to try to lift the edge to start peeling or they aren't perforated well enough to ensure a clean tear to reveal the next fresh sheet. There's none of that going on here with the Scotch-Brite Greener Clean Lint Roller! There was only ONE thing I found that I didn't like with this product: about halfway through the roll of 70 sheets, there were one or two sheets that weren't properly threaded or loaded on the roll, so they were a little wrinkly and took a few seconds longer to peel. This is not something unique to this brand or item, and it definitely will not deter me from using this brand or this particular lint roller in the future. In short, I highly recommend this sustainable lint roller. It will quickly and easily roll up any lint on your fabrics, and you'll feel good about using an environmentally-conscious brand lint roller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well first off the olny bad thing about the lint roller was the papers were a little ard to pull/rip off. Other than that i was amazed by this. It is great. It rolls well and is super sticky. I have other rollers that don't even compare to this. It picks up hair and lint amazingly. The fact that thus is "green" is just a bonus ni my opinion. You cannot tell the difference in the papers. Loove it. Would highly recommend this product.

It does the same job of pulling fur and lint off clothes and it's made of recycled materials (and includes less plastic per lint roll). This product strikes the perfect balance between performance and awareness of one's footprint on the planet.

It works just as well as conventional lint removers (could be a bit stickier) but I feel so much better about using this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a cat that loves sit on everything in my house, I am constantly using the lint roller to de-shed. I was excited to see a “greener” version of my tried and true Scotch-brite lint roller. Pros: -The handle, now made from recycled plastic, is noticeably skinner but still sturdy. -The sheets are now made from paper and reminiscent of masking tape. -Comparing with the old plastic sticky sheets, I think these new paper sheets do a better job with cat hair on fabric and hard surfaces. Cons: -I found that the paper sheets tend to tear in places that are not the intended perforations. -The injection molded plastic handle now has a nub on the bottom, preventing you from storing it standing up (which I loved about the original version of this lint roller).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly the Scotch-Brite Greener clean Lint Roller has been used to remove dog hair from clothing. It has also been used on furniture where the pups often lay. It does pick up hair quite well as it is very sticky. However, the tape seems thin and rips rather easily and tends to stick to itself when removing a used sheet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is just ok. It did a nice job cleaning off the lint but if you pushed it in one direction it started unraveling! I ripped off the top layer and it still continues to do it. When it doesn't do that it works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do they remove hair and lint? Yes. However, I do not really care for the plastic parts, they are flimsy and skinny. I might buy again but probably not in the near future. I will stick to the regular ones for now.
