It doesn't leak that's why I wanted to buy it. It works just as they said it would. I'm totally thrilled. There's nothing worse than a leaky dish dispenser.

New Soap dispensing heads fall off mount
I used to love my dish wand, the old style without the hole in the scrub pad or the soap dispensing Button. The Old wand pads easily lasted me 2-3 weeks. With the new pads they literally last me a few days before they rip off the mount. Not impressed as these things are not cheap. Might have to go back to using a good ole dishcloth.

Flaw in the cap design keeps it from being perfect
Works great if the end cap washer doesn't fly off and end up spiraling down your drain. I bought a second wand since soap was just blasting out the back without the washer of course. The washer needs to be built into the end-cap. Since the wand was created using a double-shout mold process, I assume updating mold to inject the washer directly into the cap would prevent if from ever falling out. I'd highly recommend the product if this were addressed. Test your products with real people first!

Not impressed
I’ve had this tool for a few years, and have loved it. However, it seems that the last 2-3 times I’ve changed out the sponge head, it now leaks soap everywhere! I’ve tried resting it upright, so the soap is not running in to the sponge area, but it still makes a huge mess on the back of my sink.

Bulky Dishwand!
It's to bulky to use, won't get it again. They use to have a nice one smaller %26 easier to hold while washing my dishes!

not worth the money. the dish soap doesn't come out easily like the normal model. stick to the cheaper nirmal wand and don't waste your money on this one.

I used this item less than 5 times before the absorbent piece came completely off the wand. Worthless.

Walmart delivery is very slow and unreliable
I'm sure the item is fine. I should've walked into a store to buy it. It's taken Walmart more than a week to deliver it. Every time the delivery date is due they push it back another day and just tell me the item is delayed, but won't tell me why.
