It doesn't leak that's why I wanted to buy it. It works just as they said it would. I'm totally thrilled. There's nothing worse than a leaky dish dispenser.

The sponge on the handle was torn off

It's to bulky to use, won't get it again. They use to have a nice one smaller %26 easier to hold while washing my dishes!

I have used the wand and sponge in our kitchen for quite some time. For the last six months, the sponge heads that I purchased have been coming apart from their base. Let me know when you have this fixed and I will start buying again. If my handle is now obsolete and I need a different one, then let me know, but I don't see how that will fix the problem of the sponge disconnecting from its base.

Normally a wand would last us at least a year and the scrubber pad several weeks to a few months between refills. Our last wand broke within a few days of purchase, and now two replacement pads have separated from the plastic base very shortly after applying to the wand. This has all happened in teh last 2 months. Seems more a quality control issue. Love the non-scratch pads but cannot justify the product purchase given this level of quality.

not worth the money. the dish soap doesn't come out easily like the normal model. stick to the cheaper nirmal wand and don't waste your money on this one.

I used this item less than 5 times before the absorbent piece came completely off the wand. Worthless.

I'm sure the item is fine. I should've walked into a store to buy it. It's taken Walmart more than a week to deliver it. Every time the delivery date is due they push it back another day and just tell me the item is delayed, but won't tell me why.
