I discovered Washi tape is great for the various paper craft projects I make to sell at holiday boutiques. However, I am extremely disappointed that there are no Halloween, Thanksgiving, Fall or Christmas themed tapes to purchase. I would like to see Washi tapes for all seasons and holidays - Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day and Easter will be coming up soon and I hope there will be some tapes I can use by then.

I think it's funny it doesn't say WASHI tape in the title since it says it HUGE on the tape itself while the "scotch" is written way tinier and I WOULD NOT have bought it had I known it was WASHI tape cuz washi tape is useless to me cuz washi tape DOES NOT "stick" like regular tape and I KNOW aye seeing these reviews I removed it and was under the impression I bought DUCT tape. My 1st clue I got WASHI tape spills have been the SIZE I felt through the envelope but.....it was extremely hot and I just wanted to get home w my packages. I'm SO upset thar I opened this to being a stupid washi tape roll. If I wanted that I could have gotten it at my dollar tree. I HATE washi tape. I need a STICKY....DUCT tape SIZE roll of tape. This isn't gonna do crap for what I needed it for. Sending it back. BE AWARE it's a TINY thin roll - don't know what washi tape is - look it up on YouTube because these pictures when they're being sold are hard to tell. I know I can't tell just by measurements written and I TRUST that items I buy are WHAT THEY'RE CALLED in the product title. Nowhere does it say it's washi tape in the title but it's THE BIGGEST and most prominent word on the product itself.

I bought this tape to use on the white board in my classroom. It did't stick for more that 10 minutes until it started to bubble and droop off completely. So then I took the remaining tape and tried to stick it to my metal filing cabinet and to a wood shelf, and still it stayed for minutes before peeling off. I threw it in the trash where it belongs!

I was incredibly excited to see these little rolls, so i bought 3 colors to dazzle up my crafts. I was quickly disappointed, as it refuses to stick to anything. I was excited to use it on my phone case, and even after coating it with a lacquer spray, 4 coats, it started lifting before i had a chance to put my phone in the case. I've wasted so much, trying everything i could think of to help it stick. Ive tried different types of paper, plastic, ive tried it on glass, fabric, tried to apply heat, made sure the surfaces were clean, i even tried using super glue to get it to stay and have had no luck. As soon as you start to unroll it, you can feel the lack of grippy resistance from the "adhesive". Unfortunately, the colors are the only positive feature I can praise.

Such a pity that Scotch brand Washi Tape is made from synthetic and is acrylic. Washi is by its name known for being made from natural fibres. I would prefer to use proper Washi tape. This one is Washi in name only, making use of the name and the tape's reputation of being biodegradable.. I would not recommend this.

I really love the color geometric pattern of this wide version of washi tape and couldn't wait to use it for art journaling; however, it refuses to unroll smoothly. It tears off in tiny shreds, or, if by some miracle I get a larger piece pulled off the roll, it tears down the middle. I do not have this problem with the thinner width, only the wider width.

This is not at all functional! I bought some thin, glittery silver tape today for my daughter's Valentine box. I thought it'd be perfect to help keep the wrapping on and decorate at the same time. It does not stick at all, and keeps coming undone. My daughter is so disappointed, and I'm upset I wasted the money on this dysfunctional product.
