Scotch Magic Tape, 3/4 in x 800 in, 10 Refill Rolls

Love the tape but do not like it as much as the last tape I purchased that was supposed to be the same. Before, I could rip a piece in half with my fingers, but now I can't. That means it's stronger but I don't like having to use scissors to cut it. Even the new dispenser doesn't cut it well.

I have been using Scotch magic tape for my entire life! It is the absolute best for gift wrapping, arts and crafts, and everything in between. I like to purchase the refill packs and reuse the existing dispensers which last quite a while (all while creating less plastic).

I bought a tape dispenser a couple of months ago and I needed tape for it and Scotch Magic Tape Refills came in handy. This tape does not pull the paint off my apartment walls.

This is not Scotch tape! It has a strong chemical smell and does NOT rip. It also barely fits on the tape dispenser. I have never had any of these issues with Scotch tape before.

This is not classic Magic tape. It's too stretchy to cut on a tape dispenser and not sticky enough to be useful. I returned it because it was so useless.

This is the worst tape ever! Will not cut. Have to use 2 hands. I'm using a desk top tape dispenser. if course I threw the box out and thats exactly where this crap is going. Dollar Tree is better by far. Shame on you Scotch. Thought you were better than trying to unload junk tape.

This is not real Scotch tape. It smelled so awful that when I opened the box, I had to set it outside for days to air out, and that still didn't take away the chemical smell. It is not the color, consistency, or stickiness of Scotch tape, and does not fit on our tape dispenser. Do not recommend!!!

This tape does NOT fit in my Scotch brand tape dispenser! Other people have had the same problem with this tape. The core measurement (inside hole of the roll) is too small and won't slip onto the dispenser. I had to return this product. Suspicious that this may not be an actual Scotch product. There were no indications on the box or online description that indicated a different roll hole opening measurement.

We always use scotch magic tape. This is not it. The price seemed too good to be true. The rolls are sticky to the touch—on the outside. They appear to be very old. Terrible quality and I can't return it online of course. I'm not sure if this is just a really old box of tape or if it's not even really scotch. Very disappointing.

ive been buying scotch tape refills for the last 5 years from Amazon and have always gotten the perfect scotch tape. easy to pulland easy to slice on the dispenser. this i bought thinking it was a great deal. when i received it it was all in 1 box which at 1st i thought was great, no having to open and discard 6 boxes but the tape itself looked different. i put a roll on my dispenser this morning and its a joke. it doesn't rip off the dispenser without folding up and its like cheap plastic. when you pull it away from the roll its like the adhesive isn't everywhere. i also was under the impression that the 6 pk was 1000in per roll but now i look again and its 800in per roll. so its not the better deal in my opinion. Anyway i don't have the box anymore nor can i try to get it to wherever to return it so im out the money for this. Definitely do not buy. seems like someone put a cheap brand in a scotch tape box. if i wanted the cheap stuff i would just buy the cheap stuff.
