[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite tape! I have used it for so many projects. My kitchen rug kept turning up on the corner and this tape has kept it sealed to the tile for months now. It is amazing at holding up heavy items. I tried using packing tape and duct tape to hold my heavy handmade Christmas stocking on the mantle, but this was the only tape thatheld longer than 4 hours, in fact it's been 4 days already! Next project is to adhere it to a jewelry shelf that keeps tipping forward on my wall, andbest if all this tape is transparent so no one will ever know!

I've used these for several things around the house and use them to mount some solar lights on my back porch. They have held my solar lights in place for several months, even in Strong wind and winter conditions. Definitely very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been wanting double-sided tape for some projects. This was handy for hanging a sign in the window. Easy to cut and hang. It has been securely affixed since I installed it. Hopefully it will be easy to remove.

These adhesive mounting squares are easy to use, and do a decent job of holding items. Definitely cannot hold up to 6 lbs or mount a canvas frame. They are good to use for basic, light weight items.

After reading reviews, I was hoping I wouldn't have too much trouble using these because the other brands had terrible reviews for the item falling off at some point. I was hoping I would be able to peel the backing off. I needed to hang 3 power strips in various locations - to the side of a metal filing cabinet, the back of a painted particle wood TV stand, the side of a wood computer desk cart (older, better quality than the TV stand). I prepped the furniture and power strips with 91 percent alcohol and made sure they were dry. I noticed the package was misleading - front says holds up to 6 pounds but back in small print says you need 8 for 6 pounds - one power strip was heavy and it's only big enough for 2 strips. I could not unplug the items on the strip going on the side of the file cabinet (router etc) so it was aa little heavy. I made sure that I pressed the required time then set the top and bottom with small pieces of gorilla duct tape. Took the tape off this morning and the strip is securely attached. When applied, the first tape took me about 5 minutes to get off. The second took less than 30 seconds. Then prepped the TV stand and strip. The strip had a hollow spot so I had to cut the bottom piece smaller and cut narrow pieces for rhe center. MAKE SURE YOU CUT WHEN BOTH SIDES OF THE STRIPS ARE ON THE PAPER AND TAPE or you will be cleaning your scissors afterwards. I still had the TV etc plugged in but not as heavy as the other strip, so I pressed longer and set a small chair against it overnight. The strips I cut without the paper backing were easy to peel because the adhesive got on the scissors. The pieces I cut with backing on were harder to get started. It took over 5 minutes to peel the backing off the top and bottom strip but part of my issue was the bad lighting behind the TV. Checked this morning and it is secure. If it comes off, it will be because it was bumped into and tore the paint off the cheap TV stand lol. I do recommend these strips. Took off 1 star because you have to keep picking to get a corner started to come off. I even tried rubbing or wrinkling and it didn't make much difference.

I thought i could buy the bigger piece and cut it i to smaller pieces like i do with the pack that has each piece cut into 4 squares. Nope. Even HALF of one of these pieces did absolutely nothing.... and all I was holding up was a thin plastic wall covering for Halloween.

Absolute junk, do not buy! Should read "one sided tape" only thing this tape adheres to is it's liner. 3m, you suck! Spent 30 minutes trying to get liner off and then threw hole package away, pretty sure any other product would work better.

Crap! I wouldnt buy it. I through it all in the trash.
