Scotch Precision Stainless Steel Crafting Scissors, 8", Pointed, Red & Gray

Not sure what happened, but the first pair I ordered worked a short time and then became loose and I was unable to get them to stay together tight enough to cut correctly, but as usual, Walmart came through and sent a replacement. It's been several months now and I use them all the time and they're working fabulously. I love cutting wrapping paper or anything as they just glide right through and cut so clean and nicely! I could not believe how inexpensive they were - I definitely recommend these scissors!✂️

I have discovered that Scotch Precision scissors are the best scissors that I have ever used and I will always buy them when I need to buy scissors! I have a small pair of these so I thought I would try an 8” pair and they are great too! The edges are sharp and they cut things easily, I think I might even try them for sewing scissors.

Recently I had to hem a dress with a very wide hem, which involved a lot of pinning and cutting. These did the job . I'm no seamstress mind you but occasionally need these around- they probably have other uses besides cloth and paper, they are definitely sharper and heavier than regular scissors. These are labeled crafting scissors so no doubt they are used for other materials. When you open and close them, they seem not tight but more securely put together than the looseness of regular scissors and that is likely one of the factors they are good at cutting heavier materials. I don't know how often I will use them but I'm happy I have them in case I do, I figured they would be not as quality as the ones my mom had, but I think they are actually better.

These scissors are so comfortable to hold and glide on paper. I used these to cut wrapping paper for a gift, and the scissors cut the paper so smoothly like a knife through melted butter. So far, they seem pretty sturdy and haven't rusted despite being cleaned. These are very well designed.

These scissors are well made, sharp, strong, and reasonably priced. I've given them as part of a Christmas package to relatives. Everyone can use a nice pair of scissors.

I'm glad I bought this and I'm just now realizing that I use my scissors a lot. 😅 So quality is needed! Also I'm left handed so these are definitely universal. ✂️ snip snip away

These Scotch scissors are sharp and easy to use. The handles are strong and comfy! If you have used cheap scissors with handles that break, you will like these- these are legit!

These are great scissors, very sharpe and comfortable handling, price is also reasonable and these days, cost and quality of product means everything to us non millionaires!

They have made gift wrapping enjoyable! The ease of use %26 glide to cut wrapping paper is far superior than my prior scissors. Handle is very comfortable

Starts out great, but the screw that holds it together gets very loose. You can tighten it, but over time the screw just doesn't stay tight for very long and the blades get too wobbly to cut air and you have to keep tightening the screw several times while just cutting paper each time.
