Works great, we have a spigot that is very close to the ground and most of the newer hoses have a long rigid part where it connects that doesn't work for us, this product works great with the spigot. No leaks and doesn't kink easily. Currently using it for the kids slip and slide

It does seem to kink when you put it out, before you straighten it. I do recommend you lay the hose completely out when you get it in the sun and let it sit. This is to unwind it...it kinks when you do that, but I feel that is expected, because of the tight roll it is in when it arrives. Anyway this hose suits my purpose.
