It's amazing how clean the siding looks after day 3 and having used it last year how much cleaner the siding stayed over 12 months. Virtually no mildew at all

thought this deserved a review, moved where there was a small 8 X8 deck, think was made with old wood, it was black it so many places, i did try pressure washing didnt help at all, so i thought i would try this last hope, didnt mix 50/50 used less water, sprayed twice didnt see results till a good week later, funny how it takes time to see results, deck looks 70% cleaner, going to spray a few more times, think i may achieve 100% clean with a few more sprays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first picture was taken as I applied the mixture. The second picture was taken 4 days later. It is removing the mold very slowly. It will probably need a second application. I used a broom to spread it evenly to make sure it got the whole patio was covered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to clean my deck and railings. The deck had a combination of acummulated dirt and algae accumulated over a year . I tried following the label instructions and not scrubing the deck and rails and got modest results. Some of the surface dirt was removed and some of the lighter algae was cleaned off. I admit the deck looked better, but it wasn't clean. So I used the product again and this time I went over the worst areas with a sponge to loosen the dirt and algae. That worked. I can still tell the areas where I missed with the sponge but it looks much better. So OK product but don't believe the Zeroscrub claim if you have a moderate amount of dirt and algae.

I used it with a 5 to 1 ratio and it did nothing. I followed instructions. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over 6 weeks time, I applied all three solution ratios ( 1:20/1:15/1:5) in 8 different locations. I applied the solutions according to bottle instructions. The lowest concentration, 1:20, showed virtually no change in one spot however it did show about a 20% improvement in another. Next the 1:15 ratio was done in 4 large areas. One area was about 15% better after 5 weeks yet in another there was really no discernible change. I also tried it on a rust stain, there was no change at all in the rust stain.The strongest solution, 1:5, was applied 29 days ago in 3 different areas with perhaps a 10% improvement. This was surprising in that it was the strongest solution. I felt 29 days was enough time to render a result. In summation, the 20% improvement shown with the weakest solution indicates time is more important than solution ratio. All applications were thoroughly covered to the point of saturation and no rain washed the solution off within about 4 or 5 days. Final verdict: be prepared to wait at least 6 weeks to see any marked improvement, any less time will show very little if any improvement.

It did not clean and restore the wood like the Behr product from Home Depot. Didn't make much difference at all. Waste of time and money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the product on the gutter (white) at the back of my house. Followed the directions to a T. It did not do a thing. Still just a dirty. Guess I'll get the pressure washer out. I know it will clean it.

I bought this product to clean my mothers two story house. The product did not reach the 2nd story and the areas that it did reach showed no evidence of cleaning after 24 hours. Another product that I used did have the power to reach the second story, so it wasn't an issue of water pressure.
