Perfect Lawn for a Park
This is the third bag of this seed we've purchased. We have a large property with big lawns. We've found this is the best, most heat tolerant grass we've grown. I've used it between my garden beds with my cut flowers and to start new lawn areas in our field. It doesn't need too much water after it's established. The grass is lush and soft. It feels great on bare feet. The color is a deep green. Our mower mulches so it gets thick quick. Love it!

Good Seeds
Pretty good germination. I got new grass starting in 5 days. Hope it is really heat tolerant that will be seen next summer.

Bag seeds were old, but they still grew. Testament to the seed quality, but Walmart should have caught they were out of date.

It helped
This was ok. It helped the lawn bounce back a little, but I think it was still just way too hot for this seed even with twice a day watering for weeks. Would be better suited as an overseeding in better weather. As soon as we dialed back on the watering it was brown again.
