exactly as advertised
we were a little skeptical ordering from somewhere that did not specialize in this type of gear, but it was PERFECT! Arrived in a timely manner, it is the actual brand (not a knock off) and it worked as expected. Oh, it was also about $100 less than anywhere else. VERY happy with our purchase!

Highly recommend
This is a well priced and great item. It works as described and easily pulls recreational lobster traps. Pleasantly surprised it came with the outlet and hardware. Easy installation with a wood backing plate.

Excellent pot puller
This pot puller is a game changer. Saves your back and arms from unnecessary strain and brings them to the surface quickly. Great quality. We have owned ours for about 5 years and bought this one as a gift for a friend. I can't recommend it enough.

A Great Aid
The puller is tremendously easy to mount to a standard Scotty mounting plate. The product is easy to operate with no glitches experienced. The puller doesn't slip while pulling the rope even if you are only putting slight tension on the discharging rope, so it really reduces the work of pulling traps up.

Saves a lot if work pulling in the crab traps. I had to purchase the base and power cord separately.
