Great product. Everything worked and the ordering process was easy

What an absolute disgrace
Ordered this downrigger and expected 1 week delivery. On the day I was supposed to receive it I was notified that my order was out of stock and my order was cancelled. I now need to wait ten days to get my money back. Draw your opinion here. Same price on the jungle site. Buying everything there from now on as there as there is no reason to buy here.
