Scout Alarm Home Security System Wireless & DIY - 24/7 Professional Monitoring - No Long Term Contracts

Ordered my original Scout Alarm bundle years ago. Setup was easy from the hub, sensors to the app. Have been extremely pleased with the system and its design, functionality and durability (has survived multiple moves). Customer service has always been nearly instant to respond to questions or resolve issues (few and far between). Scout Alarm continues to innovate new products with the release of a doorbell, keypad, water sensor, etc. All of these options I previously hoped would be offered to customers as I opted to solely invest in their products. A few hours ago I installed my doorbell and I must say its amazing! My only wish is for customers to be provided an option for custom recorded responses when the doorbell rings, rather than the default responses included in the app. I imagine integrating with other brands is seamless but I didn't want to hassle with that or other apps. Battery life lasts longer than I expected. As a result of moving a residence I requested more double sided tape and they quickly mailed me replacements free of charge! My only somewhat disappointing experience has been with their key jobs. Overall my opinion is they are worth considering, and certainly purchasing, if you're in the market for home surveillance. Setup has always been simple and quick; my home felt like Fort Knox within minutes. Alert modes can be created and modified with ease. Users and access setup was painless. Peace of mind is certainly worth the cost. Scout Alarm continues to exceed my expectations and deserves a top rank in the 24/7 DIY home security system industry.

Setup was simple and I love the way it looks in my home. Very modern. The app is straight forward and I love all the smart home integrations.
