It works for me.
I was surprised at the size AND strength of it. While it is much bigger than others I have used, it has the strength to do the job. At least for me.

The correct name should be Tiny O's
Screaming O Biggies, right... These are tiny and I broke one the first time I tried to put one on. I guess thats why they come in a two pack, and are fairly cheap. After the first one broke I was more careful with the other one and managed to get it on. Note, I'm not that blessed down there and I've been told I'm in the Goldilock zone down there, not to large and not too small,... and couldn't wear this for more than a few minutes around just the base before it became very uncomfortable. The silicone is a good quality and if they had been a larger inside diameter I would definitely rated them better.
