I've been creating with Sculpey III clay for over 12 years now. I love the consistency and the colors. The price is great as well. I love the quality of this clay and will continue to recommend it to others and continue to work with it on all my new project ideas.
LOVE SCULPEY III for my crafts. I enjoy making miniatures for Sandplay work and Sculpey is the very best medium to use. I use beige in my counseling center for children, but I use the amazing colors for my own work. I often make gifts for friends and the colors are vibrant after baking! It just take a glaze to really set off the work. Sometimes, I add a bit of glitter to the Sculpey Glaze to enhance the item. Excellent product and I will not even look other polymer clays because Sculpey is the very best!
I absolutely love working with this polymer clay. The learning curve was small, and I felt comfortable experimenting right away. It bakes evenly, holds its colors, and stays durable after curing. This is exactly the kind of product that makes crafting fun and stress-free.
I know many people prefer the premo or souffle for their jewelry making, but I honestly prefer the sculpey III.. The texture is easily moldable into shapes I want, it is also pretty durable after it's done baking. Though maybe if you are drilling into it after it has been named would I see some complications.. But overall this was my favorite clay I've tried, the sky blue is the perfect color for my projects and it bakes with a lovely, velvet-y matte finish. Love love love.
I really like the Sculpey III! It's easy to work with, but it isn't too soft! I have a clay conditioner, but I like to condition by hand sometimes! This clay is great for that because it isn't so hard that it makes my fingers hurt, but it also isn't mushy! The color range is AMAZING, and the price point is great!
This was the perfect addition to my kit for an added pip of color, I liked that it was easy to condition and has a nice texture or sheen once baked. Perfect addition to my jewelry kit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this clay was a little on the softer side but still baked well and glows in the dark very well!!
This is my first time using Sculpey III and it is very easy to work with. I am trying to my leaves for a tree and I hope it comes out. Love the product. I do wish there were videos for uses and products
I prefer the Black Scupley III even to the Premo. Its easier to work with. Sometimes I mix the two types together which gives a totally different texture. I like to experiment with the clay types.
Always love the glow in the dark clay for my ghosts! I do notice there are a few more cracks after I've finished baking than the previous glow in the dark blocks of Sculpey I have used, but they still work well! Easy to sculpt and use.
