[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog passed away suddenly and I had to quickly grab something in Michael's to make an impression of his paw on the way to the crematorium - this was my option. He had a very large paw and it took all of the material to do it. I was in a rush and so I didn't do a great job, but it worked. I didn't get it to fit well into the frame, but it was a nice high quality frame.

Needs better clay.

Not as pictured what is in the picture and description is the old style that we had for our two old boys and what showed up is the new one. This style has you cut the clay down to 4x6 so it fits the frame DON'T do this use the inner frame to size it so there is no boring on the outside.

This is not the product shown in the listing. I was specifically looking for the metal frame version, but they sent the wood frame. I'm disappointed in this purchase. They should have let me know if a different product would be substituted.

Item was different from what I ordered not happy at all I wanted a metal frame to match all my other ones I have and the one they sent was a wooden frame

Item delivered was not what was pictured in the order. Not as good quality.

I did not receive the item pictured. I ordered this because it was the same as one i had done with my first born and I love it, but I received soemthing different and I dont like the style. i also ordered 3 and none of them were the item pictured in this listing.
