Sculpey Souffle Clay 2 oz.-Pistachio

Sculpey Soufflé is hands down the best clay I have worked with. As a clay artist for 3 years I have tried it all. It is never sticky, never dry & I am NEVER disappointed after baking. Color mixing always ends magically & your cutters will hardly ever stick to your clay.

I make sculptures, not jewelry. I used to make them with regular Sculpey, but I've recently switched to Sculpey Souffle, and I'm very happy with the results. The sculptures are stronger and less prone to cracking. I love the velvety surface that Souffle has -- it's perfect for the creature sculptures I create.

Whether you're new to polymer clay or more experienced, this product is fantastic. It's easy to shape, doesn't stick to everything, and stays workable without getting too soft. I've made jewelry, small figures, and charms, and every project has turned out great. Really impressed with the consistency!

I recently used Sculpey Soufflé Oven Bake Clay for a highly detailed, multi-step project that required structural stability, clean edges, and multiple handling stages. The clay conditioned easily, held texture and form well, and baked evenly without distortion. What stood out most was its reliability during a complex build — the clay maintained its shape, didn't become brittle after baking, and allowed for clean finishing and refinement. That consistency made a challenging project far more manageable. I highly recommend baking for at minimum of 60 minute instead of the 30 that the package says however, this allows the clay to be bent over 50 times without breaking!

I am new to working with clay. I have been a crafter all my life and I am not sure why I hadnt tried it. But, I was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and was so longer able to do many of the crafts I loved. My physical therapist suggested trying out clay...and I did! It has become a lifeline for me. Working with it lets that creative part of me continue to express itself...I feel more like the "old" me!🩵 The Souffle line is especially perfect for me. It still gives my hands a good workout as I go through the steps to condition it...but it is just enough softer to let me both condition and create in the same session. The colors are beautiful and are perfect for so many projects and techniques that I will never tire of my favorite new craft. The last thing I will say about Souffle is that I love that even though it was a touch easier to work with, when it has been baked/cured the results are strong and I love being able to confidently share small little handmade treasures with my family and friends@

I recently purchased an order of Sculpey Souffle. It was suggested to me by Tiny Pandora who I take private classes from. I just love the velvety feel to it and the mobility of it as well. It's a NEW FAVORITE alongside Sculpey Premo of course.
