Scunci No Damage Nylon Ponytail Hair Ties, Black, 24 Count

These hair bands have a super strong hold. I would not use them for everyday use out of fear of breakage but I use them for times that I really need the hair to stay tight.

I originally bought Scuni's Medium Hold hair elastics, but they're only 2" in diameter and are too small for my needs. So I exchanged them for these that are 3.25" in diameter and they are perfect for my needs! I have long, medium thickness hair and they go on great and are comfortable. My friend that has long, thick hair and wears it in a bun loves them too! They seem well constructed, are comfortable and don't have an annoying metal band that gets snagged in your hair. The pack I got also included a free good sized, nifty plastic ring that disconnects so you can use it to slip the elastics on it for storage. Nice bonus! :) I mainly got these for making a DIY face mask. The others were too small and would immediately slip off my ears. However, these fit over my ears with the face mask perfectly! These Hair ties are a lifesaver, this particular brand has never done me wrong and for the price its well worth it. They don't pull, it doesn't hurt to pull your hair out of its ponytail and the ties keep the ponytail in and holding all day. Also makes a great wrist accessory.

It was not clear at all from the title that these are the thick ones. I was looking for the thin ones - which seem impossible to find!

They are too big. They are really loose around my wrist which is super annoying and i keep losing them. One also got completely tangled and stuck in my hair to the point of me having to cut a chunk of my hair out to get it loose.

I have thick and curly hair. My last no damage band stretched out of shape, so I ordered these because they claim to be no damage. Not only do they break your hair, they get tangled in your hair and have to be cut out!!! I do not recommend them for thick, curly hair!!!
