Let customers know upfront how many items
From the picture and description of this item it looked like 6 scrunches only, but when I received it there were 18 which is very misleading

Cheaply made
If you have thick hair these will not work because they are made of cheap inner hair bands that already feel stretched out. I have thin hair and they barely work for me and I have to twist them many times to hold up my ponytail. These are not the old Scrunchies of years gone by.
